My Approach
I work collaboratively with clients to help build skills to manage life’s hassles while increasing insight about their own patterns of navigating attachments. I tend to integrate psychodynamic, family systems, multicultural and trauma focused therapy. I hold a firm commitment to social justice and have ongoing formal dedication to my work as a white ally providing psychological services. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling and healing and strive to assist clients in finding balance mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. I have experience and expertise providing treatment for complex trauma, anxiety, adult adhd and relationship concerns. I'm passionate about increasing access to quality mental health treatment for individuals with marginalized identities.
